Vrijeme je za smoothie! - It's smoothie time!

Stotinama godina u prošlost mediteranske i istočnjačke kulture su radile „pire od voća i povrća“ koji podsjeća na ono što danas zovemo smoothie.


Smoothie-i i blenderi su prešli dug put transformacije tijekom godina. Danas imamo na tisuće smoothie recepata koji sadrže različite sastojke i nutritivne vrijednosti te mnoštvo blendera za kreiranje tih divnih napitaka. Kombiniraju se voće i povrće, tekuće baze (voda, sok, mlijeko, kokosovo ili bademovo mlijeko,…), orašasti plodovi… vaša mašta je granica!


Kod izrade smoothie-a koristim domaći kefir kao tekuću bazu i blendam ih u Nutribulletu koji je za mene, što se tiče blendera, najbolja opcija.

Za smoothie sa slike će vam trebati:

  • 200 ml domaćeg kefira

  • banana

  • šaka jagoda

  • šaka borovnica

  • komadić đumbira

  • 10 badema

  • 5 oraha

It's smoothie time!


For hundreds of years, Mediterranean and Eastern cultures have been making “fruit and vegetable purees” that are similar to today’s smoothies.


Smoothies and blenders have both undergone a long period of transformation over the years. Today, we have thousands of smoothie recipes that contain different ingredients and nutritional values and a multitude of blenders to create these wonderful drinks. You can combine fruits and vegetables, liquid bases (water, juice, milk, coconut or almond milk, ...), nuts ... Your creativity is unlimited!


When making smoothies, I use homemade kefir as a liquid base and I blend them with Nutribullet which is the best blender option for me.

For smoothie from the photo you will need:

  • 200 ml of homemade kefir

  • 1 banana

  • handful of strawberries

  • handful of blueberries

  • pinch of fresh ginger

  • 10 almonds

  • 5 walnuts
