Umak za pizzu od domaćeg kefira - Homemade kefir pizza sauce

Uz takvo pizza tijesto odlično ide umak s domaćim kefirom!
U mom slučaju, domaći kefir uvijek i svugdje!
Sastojci i koraci pripreme
Tijesto za pizzu sam radila prema Adrijaninim uputama, a za ulje sam koristila maslinovo ulje.

Za umak
1 avokado
šaka svježeg bosiljka
50 ml maslinovog ulja
100 ml domaćeg kefira
prstohvat Himalajske morske soli
šaka pistacia
Sve izblendajte u jednoličnu smjesu.
Za nadjev
par šnita pršuta
1 crvena paprika narezana na komadiće
10 cherry rajčica rezane na polovice
3 prepeličja jaja
Kada tijesto rasporedite po papiru za pečenje premažite umakom, zatim na umak dodajte papriku, rajčice i pršut.
Pecite 15ak minuta na 200 °C ili dok tijesto nije pečeno pa dodajte jaja i pecite još par minuta (dok jaja nisu pečena).
Pospijte sjeckanim pistacijama i uživajte u okusima!

Ingredients and preparation steps
I made pizza dough following Adrijana's instructions and for oil I used olive oil.

For the sauce
1 avocado
handful of fresh basil
50 ml of olive oil
100 ml of homemade kefir
pinch of Himalayan sea salt
handful of pistachio
Mix all the ingredients together with your blender.
For the topping
few slices of prosciutto
1 sliced bell pepper
10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
3 quail eggs
After spreading the dough over the baking sheet, add sauce and top with peppers, tomatoes and prosciutto. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 °C or until the dough is baked, then add the eggs and bake for few more minutes (until the eggs are baked).
Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and enjoy the flavors!
