Tost s krem sirom od domaćeg kefira - Cream kefir cheese toast

Krem sir od domaćeg kefira je za mene bilo otkriće stoljeća! Preukusno, bez laktoze i spremno da ga se koristi na razne načine.
Ovaj put sam ga pripremila u slanoj i slatkoj varijanti.
Još se nisam odvažila mijesiti svoj bezglutenski kruh pa je poslužio Schaer tost.
Količine sastojaka za svaki pojedini recept su dostatne za šest tosteva.
Uz ove tostiće paše i čaša domaćeg kefira, naravno! :)

SASTOJCI I KORACI PRIPREME
TOST 1
- 200 g krem sira od domaćeg kefira
- čajna žlica Aromatica mješavine začina Veronikina tajna
- šaka slanine narezane na trakice
- 6 jaja
Pomiješajte sir i začine.
Ispecite jaja na oko, a slaninu da bude hrskava.
Namažite sir sa začinima na tost, dodajte jaje i malo slanine.
Poslužite uz rajčicu i salatu (matovilac, rukola).
TOST 2
- 200 g krem sira od domaćeg kefira
- čajna žlica Aromatica mješavine začina Jadranski začin
- prstohvat Himalajske morske soli
- jušna žlica maslinovog ulja
- 1 1/2 manji avokado
- 6 cherry rajčica
Pomiješajte sir, sol, maslinovo ulje i začine u jednolični namaz.
Avokado narežite na ploške, a rajčicu na kolutiće.
Namažite tost te dodajte avokado i rajčicu.
TOST 3
- 200 g krem sira od domaćeg kefira
- 1 čajna žlica cimeta
- 100 g borovnica
Pomiješajte sir i cimet.
Namažite sir na tost i dodajte borovnice.
TOST 4
- 200 g krem sira od domaćeg kefira
- 1 čajna žlica cimeta
- šaka trešanja
- 6 većih jagoda
Pomiješajte sir i cimet.
Iz trešanja uklonite koštice, a jagode narežite na ploške.
Namažite sir na tost i dodajte trešnje i jagode.
TOST 5
- 200 g krem sira od domaćeg kefira
- šaka badema
- šaka indijskih oraha
- čajna žlica cimeta
- šaka osušenih brusnica
- 1 veća banana
Sameljite bademe i indijski orah na krupnije komadiće.
U sir umiješajte cimet, dodajte bademe, indijske orahe i brusnice.
Sve umješajte u jednoličnu smjesu (namaz).
Namažite namaz na tost i dodajte banane.
Cream kefir cheese toast
For me, cream cheese from homemade kefir was a discovery of a century! Tasty, lactose free and ready to be used in a variety of ways. This time I made savory and sweet options. I still didn't try to make my own gluten free bread so I used Schaer gluten free toasts. The quantities of ingredients for each recipe are sufficient for six toasts. A glass of homemade kefir goes great with these toasts, of course! :) Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION STEPS

TOAST 1
- 200 g of homemade kefir cream cheese - teaspoon of Aromatica mixture of spices Veronica’s secret - a handful of sliced bacon - 6 eggs Mix cheese and spices. Fry eggs "sunny side up" and bacon to be brown and crispy. Spread cheese with spices on the toast and add egg and a little bacon.
Serve with cherry tomatoes and lettuce.
TOAST 2
- 200 g of homemade kefir cream cheese - teaspoon of Aromatica mixture of spices Adriatic spices - pinch of Himalayan sea salt
- tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 1/2 small avocado (1/4 sliced avocado per toast)
- 6 cherry tomatoes
Mix cheese, salt, olive oil and spices into a fine spread.
Slice the avocado and tomatoes.
Spread cheese spread on the toast and add sliced avocado and tomatoes.
TOAST 3
- 200 g of homemade kefir cream cheese - teaspoon of cinnamon - 100 g of blueberries Mix cheese and cinnamon. Spread it on the toast and add blueberries.
TOAST 4
- 200 g of homemade kefir cream cheese
- teaspoon of cinnamon - handful of pitted cherries - 6 big sliced strawberries Mix cheese and cinnamon. Spread it on the toast and add cherries and strawberries.
TOAST 5
- 200 g of homemade kefir cream cheese - handful of almonds
- handful of cashews - teaspoon of cinnamon - handful of dried cranberries - 1 bigger banana (sliced) Blend almonds and cashews into bigger chunks. Mix cheese and cinnamon, add nuts and cranberries. Mix all into homogeneous mixture.
Spread mixture on the toast and add banana slices.
