Tahini umak za salatu - Tahini salad sauce


Ljeto volim zbog divnog izbora povrća s kojim kombiniram slasne salate.

Kako bi salatu obogatila dobrim bakterijama, dodajem joj umak s domaćim kefirom.

Za ovaj umak sam koristila i Sana delikatese Tahini classic sezamovu pastu.

Zašto koristiti tahini – sezamovu pastu?

U tradicionalnoj medicini tahini je odličan i lako probavljiv izvor kalcija. Jedna porcija tahinija sadrži oko trećine dnevne preporučene doze ovog minerala.

Bogat je željezom, magnezijem, kalijem, fosforom i vitaminima B i E, nezasićenim masnim kiselinama te kvalitetnim bjelančevinama, također je i bez glutena.


Sastojci i koraci pripreme

Količina ove salate je dostatna za tri osobe, no količinu pojedinih sastojaka možete uvijek prilagoditi svojim željama.


Sastojci za umak

Pomiješajte sve sastojke.

Umak prelijte u staklenku, poklopite i ostavite u frižideru dok pripremate salatu.


Sastojci za salatu

  • 300 g bezglutenske tjestenine

  • 2 konzerve tune u salamuri

  • 10 listova zelene salate

  • 5 listova radiča

  • 3 šake kukuruza

  • 15 cherry rajčica

  • 10 listova bosiljka

Skuhajte tjesteninu i procijedite.

U veliku zdjelu dodajte kuhanu tjesteninu, narezanu salatu i radič, tunu, narezanu rajčicu i bosiljak usitnjen prstima.

Sve prelijte ukusnim umakom, promiješajte i uživajte u okusima.

Tahini salad sauce


I love summer because of the wonderful vegetables that we can combine in delicious salads.

To enrich salad with good bacteria I like to add sauce made with homemade milk kefir.

For this sauce I used Sana delikatese Tahini classic sesame paste.

Why tahini sesame paste?

In traditional medicine tahini is an excellent and easily digestible source of calcium. One portion of tahini contains about one third of the daily recommended intake of this mineral. It's rich in iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, vitamins B and E, unsaturated fatty acids and high quality protein and does not contain gluten.


Ingredients and preparation steps

Serving size of this salad is enough for three, but you can always adjust the amount of ingredients to your personal taste.


Ingredients for the sauce

Mix all ingredients.

Pour the sauce into a glass jar, cover and refrigerate while you prepare the salad.


Salad ingredients

  • 300 g gluten-free pasta

  • 2 cans of tuna in brine

  • 10 lettuce leaves

  • 5 chicory leaves

  • 3 handfuls of corn

  • 15 cherry tomatoes

  • 10 basil leaves

Cook and strain the pasta.

In a large bowl add pasta, tuna, sliced ​​vegetables, corn and basil (tear the basil leaves into small pieces with your fingers).

Top with delicious sauce, stir and enjoy the flavors.
