Slatka jesen - Sweet autmn

Jesenski dan može biti bolji samo uz preukusan kolač i miris svježe kuhane kave. 


Za ovaj gušt će vam trebati:

  • 200 ml domaćeg kefira

  • 100 g maslaca

  • 50 grama kakaa

  • 6 jaja

  • 100 ml meda

  • 1 čajna žlica ekstrakta vanilije

  • 1 čajna žlica praška za pecivo

  • 1 čajna žlica cimeta

  • 1/2 čajne žlice sode bikarbone

  • 100 g kokosovog brašna

  • 1/2 čajne žlice himalajske soli

  • 3 jabuke

Za preljev:

  • 250 g tamne čokolade

  • 25g maslaca

  • 3 jušne žlice mlijeka od kokosa

Pećnicu ugrijte na 175 °C. Mikserom pjenasto umiješajte jaja i maslac. Zatim dodajte kefir, ekstrakt vanilije, kakao, med, prašak za pecivo, cimet, sol, sodu bikarbonu i kokosovo brašno.

Kada dobijete jednoličnu smjesu dodajte naribane jabuke (koje su odstajale te ste iz njih istisnuli rukama sok), pomiješajte i uspite sve u Delimano tavu za pečenje. Pecite 30ak minuta ili dok kolač ne položi čačkalica test. Ohlađeni kolač prelijte tamnom čokoladom koju ste otopili s maslacem i kokosovim mlijekom. Skuhajte kavu i guštajte!



Sweet autmn


Use homemade kefir in cake recipes! For this kefirolicious yummyness you will need:

  • 200 ml of homemade kefir

  • 6 eggs

  • 100 ml of melted butter

  • 100 of honey

  • 1 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 50g of raw cacao

  • 100g of coconut flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Hymalayan salt

  • 3 sliced apples

For chocolate frosting:

  • 250 g dark chocolat

  • 25 g butter

  • 3 tablespoon of coconut milk


Cake steps: 1. Preheat the oven to 175°C 2. First place eggs and butter into mixing bowl and mix until smooth and well combined. Then add the remaining ingredients, one by one...and mix until well combined. 3. Peel and grate the apples. Let them sit for a few minutes, press the juice out of them then add the grated apples to a bowl. 4. Spread mixture out into greased medium loaf pan, bake 30 min or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. 5. Let it cool down.

Chocolate glaze steps: Melt chocolate, butter and coconut milk and drizzle the chocolate glaze over cake. Enjoy!
