Roštilj u zatvorenom - Kitchen barbeque

Tmuran dan, mali stan, nema balkona, a vama se baš roštilja. Uz Delimano Perlu i to je moguće! Električni roštilj Perla je jednostavan za rukovanje, brzo se čisti i sve grillano je preukusno. Ovaj put sam grillala pileća prsa, povrće i jaja.

Sastojci:

Za grill:

  • pileća prsa narezana na šnicle, marinirana preko noći u maslinovom ulju i vama najdražim začinima (ja sam koristila indijsku mješavinu začina garam masala). Količina pilećih prsa ovisi o broju gladnih :) ja sam grilala 1/2 kg pilećih prsa.

  • 3 paprike (žuta, crvena i zelena)

  • 5 rotkvica

  • 2 žlice maslinovog ulja

  • 2 jaja

Za umak:

  • 100 ml domaćeg kefira

  • 1 avokado

  • 2 mlada luka

  • sok jedne limete

  • 2 prstohvata Himalajske morske soli


Paprike narežite na deblje trake, a rotkvice na kolutiće i sve izmješajte u malo maslinova ulja. Uključite Perlu i rasporedite meso, povrće i jaja na površinu za pečenje. Jaja sam pekla na ravnoj grill površini.

Dok se meso i povrće peče, u Nutribulletu izblendajte sve sastojke za umak.

Kada je sve pečeno poslužite uz umak i čašu finog crnog vina. Nije bitno što je vani kiša i što nemate balkon :)

Gloomy day with rain, small apartment, no balcony but you're just in a mood for grilling. With Delimano Electric grill Perla that is possible! Perla is easy to handle, easy to clean and all grilled goodies are delicious. I grilled chicken breasts, vegetables and eggs.


Ingredients:

For grilling:

  • chicken breast cut into cutlets, marinated overnight in olive oil and your favorite spices (I used Indian spices blend -garam masala). The amount of chicken breasts depend on the number of hungry ones:) I grilled 1/2 kg of chicken breasts.

  • 3 bell peppers (yellow, red and green)

  • 5 radishes

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 2 eggs

For the kefir sauce:

  • 100 ml of homemade kefir

  • 1 avocado

  • 2 spring onions

  • juice from one lime

  • 2 pinches of Himalayan sea salt

Cut peppers into strips and radishes into rings and mix all with olive oil. Turn on Perla grill and arrange meat, vegetables and eggs on the grill surface. I baked eggs on a flat grill surface. While the meat and vegetables are baking, blend all the sauce ingredients with your Nutribullet. When the meat and vegetables are done, serve with kefir sauce and glass of fine red wine. Enjoy!
