Punjena jaja - Deviled eggs

Sastojci i koraci pripreme
8 jaja
1 srednja cikla
250 g mekog sira od domaćeg kefira
2 prstohvata morske soli
2 čajne žlice mješavine Aromatica začina Vesela Lucija
Ciklu narežite na manje komade i kuhajte dok ne omekša.
Dok se cikla kuha, skuhajte tvrdo kuhana jaja, stavite ih u posudu s hladnom vodom kako bi se ohladila, ogulite te prepolovite na dvije polovice. Odvojite žumanjke od bjelanjaka.
U mikseru izmiksajte žumanjke, kuhanu ciklu, sir, sol i začine.
Smjesom napunite lađice od bjelanjaka i poslužite uz rosé vino.

Ingredients and preparation steps
8 eggs
1 medium beet
250 g of homemade kefir soft cheese
2 pinches of sea salt
2 teaspoons of Aromatica Happy Lucia’s spice
Cut beet into smaller pieces and cook until soft. While the beet is cooking, cook the hard-boiled eggs, place them in a bowl of cold water to cool then peel. Separate egg yolks from egg whites. In a mixer, mix egg yolks, boiled beet, cheese, salt and spices. Fill the egg whites with the mixture and serve with rosé wine. Enjoy!
