Proljetni omlet - Spring omelette

Ovaj omlet je miks proljetnih divota u koji naravno ide i domaći kefir.


Sastojci:
  • 4 jaja

  • 10 g maslaca

  • šaka domaće kuhane šunke (narezane na manje komadiće)

  • 3 jušne žlice domaćeg kefira

  • 2 mlada luka (narezani na srednje tanke kolutiće)

  • 4 rotkvice (narezane na srednje tanke kolutiće)

  • prstohvat Himalajske morske soli

  • čajna žlica Aromatica mješavine začina - Jadranski začin

U posudi pjenasto umutite jaja te dodajte kefir, sol i začin uz dodatno miješanje.

U tavi otopite maslac na srednje jakoj vatri pa dodajte luk, šunku i rotkvice.

Pecite uz miješanje oko 3 minute i zatim prelijte sa smjesom jaja i kefira.

Pecite dok jaja nisu pečena.


Poslužite uz vama najdražu salatu.

Ja sam uz ovaj omlet izabrala rajčicu volovsko srce i papriku rog (uz mladi luk, jer luka nikada dosta :) i uz sir od domaćeg kefira.

Spring omelette

This omelet is a mix of spring goodies. Of course, homemade kefir is part of this tasty dish.


Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs

  • 10 g butter

  • handful of cooked ham (sliced ​​into smaller pieces)

  • 3 tablespoons of homemade kefir

  • 2 spring onions (cut into medium sized thin rings)

  • 4 radishes (sliced ​​into medium sized thin rings)

  • 2 pinches of Himalayan sea salt

  • teaspoon of Aromatica Spice Mix - Adriatic Spice

In a bowl, whisk eggs, kefir, salt and spices. In a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat melt butter then add onions, ham and radishes. Bake with stirring for about 3 minutes. Pour in eggs mixture and tilt pan so eggs fully cover the entire pan. As eggs start to set, use a rubber spatula to drag cooked edges into center of pan. Tilt pan to let uncooked egg fall to the edge of the pan. 


Serve with your favorite salad. With this omelette I chose tomatoes and paprika (with spring onions) and with homemade kefir cream cheese. How to make homemade kefir cream cheese? Stay tuned :)
