Proljetne palačinke - Spring pancakes

Domaći kefir koristim za izradu palačinki kao tekuću bazu umjesto mlijeka. Ovaj put sam koristila kefir OPG-a Mario Krog MILK bar koji je odlična alternativa ukoliko nemate vremena raditi svoj domaći kefir (ili vam se jednostavno ne da).


Sastojci i priprema
  • 400 ml domaćeg kefira

  • 2 jaja

  • 5 jušnih žlica bezglutenskog brašna Schär mix b (smjesa treba biti malo gušća)

  • 1 žličica cimeta

Prvo izmješajte kefir i jaja, zatim dodajte cimet i brašno te umješajte u jednoličnu smjesu i pecite na ugrijanoj tavi. Ja sam koristila Delimano tavu za palačinke.

Pecite palačinke veličine 10 cm (lakše se okreću:)


Palačinke mažite vašim najdražim namazima, a ja sam guštala u džemu od borovnica i maslacu od lješnjaka.

Poslužite uz čaj ili kavu.

Spring pancakes


To make pancakes, I use homemade kefir as a liquid base instead of milk. This time I used kefir from OPG-a Mario Krog MILK bar. Their kefir is a great alternative if you don't t have time to make your own homemade kefir (or you just don't want to).


Ingredients and preparation
  • 400 ml of homemade kefir

  • 2 eggs

  • 5 tablespoons of gluten free flour Schär mix b (to make a ticker mixture)

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

First combine kefir and eggs, then add cinnamon and flour and mix until smooth. Heat a skillet over medium heat (I used Delimano skillet for pancakes) and cook until browned on both sides.

Make pancakes about 10 cm in diameter (they're easier to flip :)

Top this pancakes with your favorite spread. I enjoyed blueberries jam and hazelnut butter.

Serve with tea or coffee.
