Probiotički čokoladni sladoledni štapići - Probiotic chocolate popsicles

Kada sam shvatila da mi smeta laktoza (zbog celijakije), sladoled je postalo još jedno jelo u nizu koje trebam izbjegavati.
Ali nema tu žaljenja i kuknjave. Prihvatila sam stvari kakve jesu, zahvalila cijelim srcem na domaćem kefiru i napravila sladoled bez laktoze sa divotama koje voli moje nepce (a i pašu mom organizmu).
Ovi čokoladni štapići su osvježenje puno probiotika i jednostavni za napraviti.
Sastojci i koraci pripreme

200 ml domaćeg kefira
2 banane
dvije šake indijskih oraha (namočeni preko noći)
½ čajne žlice cimeta
2 jušne žlice sirovog kakaa
Sve izblendajte u kremastu smjesu.
Ja blendam s Nutribulletom :)
Za slađi okus dodajte med, ali svakako probajte smjesu prije nego dodajete med. Možda zaključite da vam ipak ne treba :)
Smjesom punite kalupe za sladoled i ostavite u zamrzivaču preko noći.
Probiotic chocolate popsicles
When I realized that I’m lactose intolerant due to my celiac disease, ice-cream became another forbidden food.
But I didn’t whine. I accepted things as they are, with thankful heart for my homemade kefir and made lactose free ice cream with all the goodies that I love and that are beneficial to me.
This chocolate pops are so refreshing, full of probiotics and easy to make.
Ingredients and preparation steps

200 ml of homemade kefir
2 bananas
2 handful of cashews (soaked overnight)
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoon of raw cacao
Blend all until it gets creamy. My blending buddy is a Nutribllet :)
For sweeter pops add some honey, but first you have to try some mixture and you might find that you don't need additional sweetening.
Fill your favorite popsicle molds with the mixture, freeze overnight and enjoy!
