Pečena piletina u umaku od crnog vina- Baked chicken in red wine sauce


U vinu možemo uživati pijuckajući ga, a možemo ga dodati u jelo i stvoriti divnu harmoniju okusa. Važno je imati kvalitetno vino i kvalitetne namirnice. Perutnina Ptuj se pobrinula da imamo piletinu top kvalitete koja je spoj tradicije, domaćeg uzgoja i kontrole svakog koraka proizvodnog procesa što dokazuju i brojni certifikati kvalitete.

Uz ovakvo meso jedino paše vrhunsko vino, a ovaj put sam izabrala Tomaz Wines Merlot Silente.


Sastojci i koraci pripreme

Sastojci za umak

  • 250 ml vrhunskog crnog vina

  • 1 jušna žlica meda

  • 1 jušna žlica maslinovog ulja

  • 2 čajne žlice senfa sa zrncima gorušice

  • 1 čajna žlica naribanog svježeg đumbira

Pećnicu zagrijte na 200 °C.

U zdjelicu dodajte sve sastojke za umak, pjenjačom pomiješajte kako bi se svi sastojci povezali.

Zatim,

  1. Batat narežite na kockice veličine oko 2 cm, a tikvicu na kolutiće debljine oko 1 cm.

  2. Grožđe operite i lagano osušite s papirnatim ručnikom.

  3. U dublju tavu ili plići lonac (što vam je draže ili pri ruci:) rasporedite piletinu, prelijte s umakom pa dodajte povrće i grožđe.

  4. Poklopite tavu/lonac s poklopcem ili s aluminijskom folijom koju ćete dobro učvrstiti oko rubova. Folija ne bi trebala doticati piletinu i povrće (zato nam treba dublje posuđe).

  5. Tako zatvorenu piletinu pecite 1,5h. Zapravo, piletina i povrće se kuhaju u umaku od vina.

  6. Nakon 1,5h otklopite piletinu ili uklonite foliju i pecite još 20 minuta kako bi piletina dobila zlatnožutu boju.

Poslužite toplo uz veliku salatu i uživajte u okusima.


Baked chicken in red wine sauce


We can enjoy wine by sipping it or we can add it to the dish and create a wonderful harmony of flavors. It is important to have quality wine and quality groceries. Perutnina Ptuj made sure that we have top-quality chicken, which is a combination of tradition, domestic breeding and controlled production process, as evidenced by numerous quality certificates. Only premium wine goes well with this type of meal, and this time I chose Tomaz Wines Merlot Silente.

Ingredients and preparation steps
  • 2 chicken drumsticks with thigh Perutnina Ptuj Natur

  • 1 large sweet potato

  • 1 large zucchini

  • 300 g of black grapes

Ingredients for the sauce

  • 250 ml of premium red wine

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons of mustard with mustard seeds

  • 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Add all sauce ingredients into the bowl an whisk to combine them.

Then,

  1. Cut sweet potato into cubes about 2 cm in size, and the zucchini into rings about 1 cm thick.

  2. Wash the grapes and lightly dry them with a paper towel.

  3. Arrange the chicken in a deeper pan or shallow pot (whichever you prefer or on hand :), pour sauce over the chicken and add the vegetables and grapes.

  4. Cover the pan / pot with a lid or aluminum foil that will be secured well around the edges. The foil should not touch the chicken and vegetables (that's why we need deeper pan)

  5. Bake the chicken for hour and a half. In fact, chicken and vegetables will be cooked in wine sauce.

  6. Then, uncover the chicken or remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes to give the chicken a golden color.

Serve warm with a large salad and enjoy the flavors.
