Paleo zdjela - Paleo bowl

Suština Paleo prehrane su nutritivno bogate namirnice iz prirode, bez procesirane hrane, rafiniranih proizvoda, hidrogeniziranih masti i aditiva. Paleo prehrana je povratak izvornoj hrani, a meni je najzdraviji izbor jer zbog celijakije ne mogu konzumirati gluten i laktozu. Paleo zdjela je cjelovit i uravnotežen obrok koji sadrži proteine, kvalitetne ugljikohidrate i zdrave masti.


Kako bi vaše Paleo zdjele bile raznolike i zanimljive, namirnice uvijek možete prilagoditi vašim specifičnim potrebama za makronutrijentima. Ova preukusna zdjela je kreirana u suradnji s Delimano, a povrće je pečeno u tavi za pečenje Stone Legend CopperLUX.


Sastojci

Za pečeno povrće:

- 3 jušne žlice maslinovog ulja

- 3 čajne žlice začina Aromatica vesela Lucija

- 2 prstohvata Himalajske morske soli

- 2 paprike rog

- 1 paprika babura

- 1 veća tikvica


Za umak:

- ½ zrelog avokada

- sok ½ limete

- 100 g krem sira od domaćeg kefira

- prstohvat Himalajske morske soli

- 1 čajna žlica začina Aromatica Vesele Lucije


Dodatak:

- 2 jaja

- 1 svježi krastavac

- šaka brokule

- 10 cherry rajčica







Koraci pripreme

- Narežite na manje komade papriku i tikvice.

- U Delimano tavu dodajte ulje, narezanu papriku, tikvice, začine i sol te pecite dok povrće ne omekša.

- Dok se povrće peče, u manjoj posudi vilicom ispasirajte pola avokada, dodajte mu sol, začine i sok limete te umiješajte sir od domaćeg kefira.

- Skuhajte brokulu, ocijedite i ostavite da se ohladi.

- Kada je povrće pečeno, uklonite ga iz tave u kojoj ćete ispeći dva jaja na oko.

- Operite krastavac i rajčice te narežite - krastavac na kolute, a rajčice na polovice ili četvrtine.


U zdjelu dodajte pečeno povrće, kuhanu brokulu, narezane krastavce, u sredinu umak od avokada i sira, na vrh jaje i ukrasite s rajčicama.

This Paleo bowl was created in cooperation with Delimano and vegetables were baked in Stone Legend CopperLUX baking pan.


Ingredients

To make grilled vegetables:

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- 3 teaspoons of Aromatica spices Happy Lucia

- 2 pinches of Himalayan sea salt

- 2 red peppers

- 1 bell pepper

- 1 larger zucchini


To make a sauce:

- ½ of ripe avocado

- juice from ½ lime

- 100 g of homemade kefir cream cheese

- pinch of Himalayan sea salt

- 1 teaspoon of Aromatica spices Happy Lucia


Extras:

- 2 eggs

- 1 fresh cucumber

- handful of broccoli

- 10 cherry tomatoes





Preparation steps

- Cut peppers and zucchini into smaller pieces. - Add oil, sliced ​​pepper, zucchini, spices and salt into Delimano pan and roast until the vegetables gets cooked. - While the vegetables are cooking, mash the half avocado with a fork, add salt, spices, lime juice and cheese. - Boil broccoli, drain and allow to cool down. - When the vegetables are cooked, remove it from the pan where you will bake two eggs "sunny side up". - Wash cucumbers and tomatoes and slice them into smaller pieces. Add into the bowl roasted vegetables, boiled broccoli, sliced ​​cucumbers, avocado cheese sauce, tomatoes and egg. Enjoy!
