Palačinke s tamne strane - Dark side pancakes


Palačinke bez glutena sa sirovim kakaom i rastopljenom tamnom čokoladom, crna kava poslužena u predivnim Rendes šalicama i jagode. Čini se da tamna strana ima i dobrih strana :)

Sastojci i koraci pripreme
  • 400 ml domaćeg kefira

  • 2 jaja

  • 5 jušnih žlica bezglutenskog brašna Schär mix b (smjesa treba biti malo gušća)

  • 1 žličica cimeta

  • 2 jušne žlice sirovog kakaa


Prvo izmješajte kefir i jaja, zatim dodajte cimet, brašno i kakao te umiješajte u jednoličnu smjesu.

Pecite na zagrijanoj tavi palačinke veličine 10 cm.


Palačinke prelijte rastopljenom čokoladom, dodajte jagode i poslužite uz kavu.

Dark side pancakes


Gluten-free pancakes with raw cocoa and melted dark chocolate, black coffee served in beautiful Rendes mugs and strawberries. The dark side seems to have a good side too :)

Ingredients and preparation steps
  • 400 ml of homemade kefir

  • 2 eggs

  • 5 tablespoons of gluten free flour Schär mix b (to make a ticker mixture)

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons of raw cacao


First combine kefir and eggs, then add cinnamon, flour and cacao and mix until smooth. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook until browned on both sides.

Make pancakes about 10 cm in diameter.

Pour melted chocolate over the pancakes, add strawberries and serve with coffee.
