Palačinke s kefirom i bezglutenskim brašnima - Kefir pancakes with gluten free flours


Lagana vikend jutra su za lagani doručak - palačinke i sok od vodenog kefira (čašu napunite s vodenim kefirom do pola i zatim dodajte sok od jabuke), a kako napraviti palačinke, nastavite čitati :)


Sastojci i koraci pripreme
  • 500 ml domaćeg kefira

  • 2 jaja

  • 1 čajna žlica cimeta

  • 1/2 čajne žlice đumbira u prahu

  • 3 jušne žlice heljdinog brašna

  • 6 jušnih žlica rižinog brašna

Prvo izmješajte kefir i jaja, zatim dodajte cimet i đumbir pa zatim brašno.

Sve umiješajte u jednoličnu smjesu i pecite na zagrijanoj tavi.

Uz ove palačinke odlično pašu maslac od lješnjaka i domaći đem od breskve.

Pospijte ih usitnjenim orasima i kokosovim ljuskicama.

Kefir pancakes with gluten free flours

Ingredients and preparation steps
  • 500 ml of homemade kefir

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder

  • 3 tablespoons of buckwheat flour

  • 6 tablespoons of rice flour

First mix kefir and eggs, then add cinnamon and ginger then the flours.

Mix all ingredients and bake pancakes on hot pan on each side.

Serve them with homemade peach jam and hazelnuts spread, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts and coconut flakes.
