Namaz od sira domaćeg kefira i lososa - Kefir cheese and salmon spread

Ovaj namaz je lagan i ukusan obrok pun probiotika iz sira od domaćeg kefira i hranjivih sastojaka iz lososa, pogotovo kad se posluži s domaćim kruhom. Losos sadrži vitamine A i B te je jedan od rijetkih prirodnih izvora D vitamina, posebno divlji losos. Losos je također bogat mineralima uključujući magnezij, kalij, fosfor, cink i selen. Uz to, losos u konzervi sadrži i kalcij (zbog jestivih kostiju).

Sastojci i koraci pripreme
115 g divljeg lososa iz konzerve
200 g sira od domaćeg kefira
1 jušna žlica soka limete
prstohvat soli
2 čajne žlice mješavine Aromatica začina Vesela Lucija
U staklenoj zdjeli srednje veličine izmješajte sir i losos pa im dodajte ostale sastojke.
miješajte dok sastojci nisu sjedinjeni i namaz kremast.
Namaz mažite na kruh (još bolje ako je domaći).
Kako bi obrok bio još bogatiji nutrijentima dodala sam uz namaz pečeno jaje, narezani avokado, pržene bučine sjemenke i kukuruz.

Kefir cheese and salmon spread
This kefir cheese spread is easy and tasteful meal full of probiotics from homemade kefir cheese and nutrients from salmon. Especially when is served with homemade bread.
Salmon provides vitamin A and multiple B-vitamins. It is one of the few natural food sources of vitamin D, especially wild salmon. Salmon is also rich in several minerals including magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, and selenium. Additionally, canned salmon contains lots of calcium (due to the edible bones).

Ingredients and preparation steps
115 g of canned wild salmon
200 g of homemade kefir cream cheese
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
a pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of Aromatica Happy Lucia’s spice
In a medium sized bowl mash the cream cheese with salmon, salt, spices and lime juice and continue to mash until well incorporated.
Serve with homemade bread.
To make this dish more nutritious I added baked eggs, sliced avocado, roasted pumpkin seeds and corn.
