Ljetno sladoledno osvježenje - Summer ice cream refreshment

Sladoled je ultimativno ljetno osvježenje.
Na štapiću ili u zdjelici...nema veze. Bitno je da je ukusan i bez laktoze :)
Sladoled s domaćim kefirom možete raditi u obje kombinacije, ali kako?

Sastojci i koraci pripreme sladoleda na štapiću

200 ml domaćeg kefira
1 banana
3 nektarine
2 marelice
5 datulja
komadić naribanog svježeg đumbira
Datulje namočite preko noći.
Zatim sve sastojke izblendajte u kremastu smjesu.
Ja blendam s Nutribulletom :)
Za slađi okus dodajte med, ali svakako probajte smjesu prije nego dodajete med. Možda zaključite da vam ipak ne treba :)
Smjesom punite kalupe za sladoled i ostavite u zamrzivaču preko noći.
Sastojci i koraci pripreme sladoleda u zdjelici

200 g sira od domaćeg kefira
1 banana
3 nektarine
2 marelice
5 datulja
komadić naribanog svježeg đumbira
Banane, nektarine i marelice narežite na manje komade i ostavite u zamrzivaču preko noći. Datulje namočite u vodi, također preko noći. Slijedeći dan sve izblendajte u kremastu smjesu.
Za slađi okus dodajte med, ali svakako probajte smjesu prije nego dodajete med. Možda zaključite da vam ipak ne treba :)
Sladolednu smjesu, prije posluživanja, zamrznite u čvrsto zatvorenoj posudi na 4 sata u zamrzivaču.

Ice cream pops or in a bowl...it doesn't even mater, it’s more important that the ice cream is tasty and lactose free :)
You can make your homemade kefir ice cream both ways, but how?

Ingredients and preparation steps for ice cream pops

200 ml of homemade kefir
1 banana
3 nectarines
2 apricots
5 dates
pinch of grated fresh ginger
Soak in the water pitted dates, overnight.
Blend all until it gets creamy. My blending buddy is a Nutribllet :)
For sweeter pops add some honey, but first you have to try some mixture and you might find that you don't need additional sweetening.
Fill your favorite popsicle molds with the mixture, freeze overnight and enjoy!
Ingredients and preparation steps for ice cream bowls

200 g cream cheese from homemade kefir
1 banana
3 nectarines
2 apricots
5 dates
pinch of grated fresh ginger
Cut bananas, nectarines and apricots into smaller pieces and leave them in the freezer overnight. Soak in the water pitted dates, also overnight.
Blend frozen fruits, dates, ginger and cream cheese in a blender until creamy.
For sweeter ice cream add some honey, but first you have to try some mixture and you might find that you don't need additional sweetening.
Transfer ice cream mixture into a sealable container, cover with a lid and freeze for 4 hours before serving.
