Muffini s lavandom i borovnicama- Lavender and blueberry muffins

No, ukoliko vam more ili bor nisu u blizini, neka vaša kuhinja miriše na lavandu.
Ovi sočni muffini se brzo spravljaju zahvaljujući Madame Loulou.
Sastojci i koraci pripreme:

1 smjesa za kolač od vanilije Madame Loulou
4 jaja
120 ml domaćeg kefira
40 g maslaca
sok jednog limuna
1 jušna žlica lavande
200 g borovnica
Ugrijte pećnicu na 175°C
U zdjelu za miksanje dodajte smjesu za kolač, jaja, domaći kefir, sok limuna, lavandu i otopljeni maslac.
Sve izmiksajte u jednoličnu smjesu (miksajte na srednjoj brzini oko 5 minuta).
Ulijte smjesu u kalupe za muffine i u svaki kalup dodajte po nekoliko borovnica. Pecite oko 30 minuta ili dok čačkalica zapiknuta u središte muffina nije suha.

These tasty muffins are easy to make thanks to Madame Loulou.
Ingredients and preparation steps:

1 vanilla cake mix Madame Loulou
4 eggs
120 ml of homemade kefir
40 g of butter
juice from 1 lemon
1 table spoon of lavander
200 g of blueberries
Preheat oven to 175 ºC.
Mix cake mix, eggs, kefir, melted butter, lavender and lemon juice for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into baking cups and add 5 to 6 blueberries into every cup. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
