Kefir chia puding s glaziranim jabukama - Kefir chia pudding with glazed apples

Baza ovih pudinga su domaći kefir i chia sjemenke. Kombinacijom ovih hranjivih namirnica stvaramo obrok u kojem će uživati vaš cijeli organizam. 

Chia sjemenke su izvor omega-3 masnih kiselina koje poboljšavaju funkcije mozga, snižavaju kolesterol u krvi i sprečavaju mnoge bolesti srca. Također, tijelo opskrbljuju proteinima, vitaminima A, B, E i D te mineralima kalcijem, kalijem, bakrom, željezom, manganom i cinkom. 

Za ovaj puding pomiješajte 200 ml domaćeg kefira i 30g chia sjemenki. Ostavite ih preko noći u zatvorenoj staklenki u frižideru. Zatim dodajte 1 jušnu žlicu kakaa iz Farma shop-a te miješajte dok se smjesa ne ujednači. Zatim dodajte što vam srce želi! Ovaj put preporučam glazirane jabuke na medu s cimetom, brusnicama i ekstraktom vanilije. Pospite s mljevenim orasima i uživajte!

Base of these puddings are homemade kefir and chia seeds. By combining these nutritious foods we are creating a meal in which your whole body will enjoy.


Chia seeds are a source of omega-3 fatty acids that improve brain function, lower blood cholesterol and prevent many heart diseases. Also, the body is supplied with proteins, vitamins A, B, E and D and minerals calcium, potassium, copper, iron, manganese and zinc.


For this pudding mix 200 ml of homemade kefir and 30 g of chia seeds in a glass jar or a bowl. Close with the lid and store overnight in the fridge. Add 1 tablespoon of Farma shop raw cacao, stir until well combined and top it with anything you desire.

This time I recommend honey glazed pan fried apples with cinnamon, cranberries and vanilla extract, sprinkled with grounded walnuts. Enjoy!
