Gluten free overnight oats with blackberry jam
Oatmeal doesn’t have to be a boring breakfast. Just add some homemade milk kefir for good bacteria and blackberry jam for extra taste and you'll have a combination that will really cheer up your taste buds. You can also use buckwheat instead of oats and the meal will still be delicious:)
Ingredients and preparation steps
50 g of gluten-free oatmeal
200 ml of homemade milk kefir
1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of Kupilek blackberry jam
In a resealable jar mix kefir, oatmeal and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, take it out of the fridge and leave it for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Add blackberry jam and enjoy easy and tasty start of your day!
