Sastojci i koraci pripreme
  • 1 kaki (japanska jabuka)

  • 10 physalis bobica

  • 200 g krem sira od domaćeg kefira

  • šaka brazilskih oraha

  • šaka badema

  • 50 grama tamne čokolade

Za krem dio izblendajte kaki, physalis i sir.

Za hrskavi dio usitnite orahe, bademe i tamnu čokoladu.

U čašu dodajte usitnjene orašaste plodove i čokoladu te prekrijte kremom.

Like an Easy peasy no bake cheesecake in a glass, this dessert is another simple cheesecake option. Crunchy combination of sweet and sour flavors is refreshing and delicious.

Ingredients and preparation steps
  • 1 Japanese apple (Persimmon)

  • 10 Physalis berries

  • 200 g of homemade kefir cream cheese

  • handful of Brazil nuts

  • handful of almonds

  • 50 g of dark chocolate

Blend Persimmon, Physalis and cheese to make the cream.

For the crunchy part, grind nuts, almonds and dark chocolate.

Add crunchy part into the glass and cover it with cream.
