Crveni umak s domaćim kefirom - Red sauce with homemade kefir

Svako jelo "živne" uz zanimljiv i ukusan umak.

Kako je sezona ajvara, koristila sam ga u ovom prefinom umaku uz koji odlično paše pečeni batat.


Sastojci i koraci pripreme
  • 200 ml domaćeg kefira

  • 5 jušnih žlica ajvara

  • 1/2 avokada

  • 1 češanj češnjaka

  • šaka bosiljka

  • prstohvat Himalajske morske soli

Sve izblendajte i poslužite uz pečeni batat ili vaše najdraže pečeno povrće.

Red sauce with homemade kefir

Each dish become more "alive" with an interesting and delicious sauce.

Because is an ajvar season, I used it in this delicious sauce that goes perfectly with roasted sweet potatoes.


Ingredients and preparation steps
  • 200 ml of homemade kefir

  • 5 tablespoons of ajvar

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 garlic clove

  • handful of fresh basil

  • pinch of Himalayan sea salt

Blend all and serve with roasted sweet potatoes or your favorite roasted vegetables.
