Baza ovih pudinga su domaći kefir i chia sjemenke. Kombinacijom ovih hranjivih namirnica stvaramo obrok u kojem će uživati vaš cijeli organizam.


Ovaj put sam koristila domaći kefir od kravljeg mlijeka OPG Mario Krog MILK bar. Ukoliko nemate vremena ili jednostavno ne želite praviti svoj domaći kefir, onda je kefir iz MILK bar-a svakako vaš izbor.


Chia sjemenke su izvor omega-3 masnih kiselina koje poboljšavaju funkcije mozga, snižavaju kolesterol u krvi i sprečavaju mnoge bolesti srca. Sastojci i priprema

  • 30 g chia sjemenki

  • 200 ml domaćeg kefira

  • 1 banana

  • 200 g jagoda

Kefir i chia sjemenke pomiješajte u staklenoj posudi, zatvorite ju i ostavite preko noći u frižideru.


Sutradan u puding dodajte narezane banane i jagode.

Ova količina pudinga je dovoljna za dvije osobe.

The base of these puddings are homemade kefir and chia seeds. By combining these nutritious foods we are creating a meal which your whole body will enjoy.


This time I used milk kefir from OPG Mario Krog MILK bar. If you don't have time or just don't want to make your own kefir, then the kefir from the MILK bar is definitely your choice.

Ingredients and preparation

  • 30 g of chia seeds

  • 200 ml of homemade kefir

  • 1 banana

  • 200 g of strawberries


Combine kefir and chia seeds in a glass jar, close with a lid and place them in the refrigerator overnight.


Tomorrow, add sliced ​​banana and strawberries to the pudding.

This quantity makes two servings.
