Banana kruh s jagodama i mliječnim kefirom- Banana bread with strawberries and milk kefir


Banana kruh je sam po sebi poslastica, a kada mu dodate jagode...ma čista dekadencija.

Mirisan, sočan, mekan i preukusan! I bez glutena!

Poslužite ga uz kavu i guštajte!


Sastojci i koraci pripreme

  • 3 veće zrelije banane

  • 1 jušna žlica meda

  • 6 jušnih žlica rastopljenog maslaca

  • 100 ml domaćeg mliječnog kefira

  • 100 ml kefira pomješan s 1/2 čajne žlice sode bikarbone

  • 1 prašak za pecivo

  • 1/2 čajne žlice cimeta

  • 200 g bijelog rižinog brašna

  • 100 g heljdinog brašna

  • malo soli

  • šaka grubo sjeckanih pekan oraha

  • šaka manjih jagoda

Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 °C.


Izblendajte zajedno banane, kefir, med i maslac i prelijte u veću posudu.

Smjesi dodajte kefir sa sodom, pa umiješajte prašak za pecivo, brašna, cimet i sol. Sve dobro umješajte pa dodajte sjeckane orahe i jagode.

Smjesu izlijte u kalup obložen papirom za pečenje.

Pecite oko 50 min (ovisno o jačini vaše pećnice) dok čačkalica umetnuta u sredinu kruha ne izađe suha.

Poslužite ohlađeni kruh uz kavu i uživajte!

Banana bread is a treat by itself but when you add some strawberries... it's pure decadence.

Fragrant, juicy, soft and delicious! And gluten free!

Ingredients and preparation steps
  • 3 larger ripe bananas

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 6 tablespoons of melted butter

  • 100 ml of homemade milk kefir

  • 100 ml of kefir mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1 baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 200 g of white rice flour

  • 100 g of buckwheat flour

  • a pinch of salt

  • handful of chopped pecans

  • handful of small strawberries Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Blend together bananas, kefir, honey and butter and then pour mixture into a larger bowl. Add to the mixture kefir and soda, then add baking powder, flour, cinnamon and salt. Mix everything well, then add chopped pecans and strawberries. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper. Bake for about 50 minutes (depending on the strength of your oven) until the toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool completely in the pan set on a wire rack.

Serve with coffee and enjoy!
