Sirova torta od trešanja i sira od domaćeg kefira - Raw cherry and homemade kefir cheese cake

Koji ukusan zalogaj pripremiti?

Za stvaranje jela me inspirira zaista sve. Nekada je to članak na web-u, nekada reklama, boje,...a ovaj put je inspiracija bila prekrasno Rendes posuđe.

Čim sam ugledala Rendes tanjure znala sam da uz njih pašu šnite osvježavajuće sirove torte s trešnjama i sirom od domaćeg kefira.

A što inspirira vaše kulinarske kreacije?


Sastojci

Sastojci za izradu baze:

  • 100 g oraha

  • 100 g pekan oraha

  • 200 g badema

  • 200 g odkoštenih datulja (preko noći namočenih u vodi)

  • čajna žlica ekstrakta vanilije


Sastojci za kremu:

  • 400 g odkoštenih trešanja

  • 200 g krem sira od domaćeg kefira

  • 200 g indijskih oraha (preko noći namočenih u vodi)

  • 50 g datulja (preko noći namočenih u vodi)





Koraci za izradu torte

Baza:

- U blenderu izmiksajte bademe i orahe. Dodajte ekstrakt vanilije i namočene datulje te miksajte dok ne dobijete homogenu smjesu.

- Smjesu rasporedite u kalup za tortu promjera 25 cm u koji ste prethodno stavili papir za pečenje.

- Ostavite u hladnjaku dok radite kremu od trešanja.


Krema od trešanja:

- U blenderu kremasto izmiksajte indijske orahe pa im dodajte sir, trešnje i datulje. Miksajte sve dok ne dobijete kremastu smjesu.

- Izlijte smjesu na bazu i ostavite u zamrzivaču na nekoliko sati ili u frižideru preko noći.

Ukrasite trešnjama umočenim u čokoladu.

Poslužite uz kavu i guštajte!



 

Raw cherry and homemade kefir cheese cake


What delicious bit to prepare? For me, everything good can be an inspiration for a tasty meal.

It can be an article, a color or song, but this time I found inspiration in beautiful Rendes kitchenware. The moment I saw Rendes plates, I knew that they will go great with tasty raw cake made with cherries and cheese from homemade kefir.

Ingredients

To make a cake base:

  • 100 g of walnuts

  • 100 g of pecans

  • 200 g of almonds

  • 200 g of pitted dates (soaked in water overnight)

  • teaspoon of vanilla extract

To make a cream:

  • 400 g of pitted cherries

  • 200 g of cream kefir cheese

  • 200 g of cashews (soaked in water overnight)

  • 50 g pitted dates (soaked in water overnight)






Preparation steps

Cake base:

- Blend almonds, pecans and walnuts. Add them vanilla extract and dates. Blend all into homogeneous mixture.

- Put the mixture in a baking tray in which you previously placed baking paper.

- Leave in the fridge while making cream.


Cherry cream:

- Blend cashews until they become creamy. Add them cheese, cherries and dates and blend for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

- Pour the mixture on a base and leave in the freezer for several hours or overnight in the fridge.

Decorate with chocolate dipped cherries.

Serve with coffee and enjoy!
