Red sauce with homemade kefir

Each dish become more “alive” with an interesting and delicious sauce.

Because is an ajvar season, I used it in this delicious sauce that goes perfectly with roasted sweet potatoes.

Ingredients and preparation steps

  • 200 ml of homemade kefir
  • 5 tablespoons of ajvar
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 garlic clove
  • handful of fresh basil
  • pinch of Himalayan sea salt

Blend all and serve with roasted sweet potatoes or your favorite roasted vegetables.
