Dark pancakes


For this tasty bite you will need:

  • 400 ml of homemade kefir

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 2,5 tablespoon of raw cacao

  • 3 tablespoon of gluten free flour (Schar mix b)

Mix all ingreditens, melt a butter in your pan and heat over medium heat, but with Delimano pancake pan. Cook your pancakes on hot pan on each side and serve with your favourite jam. I chose peanut butter and apricot jam.
