Baked chicken thigh fillets with plums and broccoli

This delicious dish brings a perfect combination of juicy chicken breast, sweet roasted plums and broccoli.

The preparation is simple, and the results are outstanding! Everything is baked in the oven, the meat remains juicy and soft, the plums are caramelized, which gives them extra sweetness. At the same time, broccoli provides texture contrast and freshness to the dish.

This dish is not only tasty, but also a source of nutrients. Chicken is rich in protein, and broccoli is full of vitamins, minerals and fiber. Plums add sweetness and enrich the dish with antioxidants. Chicken is #međimurskopile, a high-quality choice for this juicy bite, because in addition to the "Antibiotic free" certificate, Poultry Ptuj PIPO Čakovec received another label "Proven quality - Croatia", which guarantees the highest quality standards and confirms commitment to high production standards.

When you take a baked dish out of the oven, the smells spread throughout the room, and every bite is a real treat.

You can serve the dish with boiled rice, baked potatoes or sweet potatoes, or a side dish of your choice, but the side dish is optional.
